I don’t know about you but I love travelling. Many people are unaware that travelling can actually be good for your health, both physical and mental. Here are some of the main reasons that travelling is good for your health.

Travelling can require a lot more moving than being at home. Most people when travelling will be active quite a lot of the time, whether this be through exploring new places, taking a day trip or even swimming in the pool.

It’s no secret that the move active you are the healthier you can be, studies have even shown that people who travel more than once a year are at lower risk of certain health issues, such as;

  • Stoke
  • Heart attack

This is of course, if you have enough money to go away, otherwise when you go away you may find yourself stressing about that.
